Our staff been involved in computers, electronics, and IT for almost as long as the personal computer has existed. Our experience has included design of software and hardware, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support. We have worked with the individual at home through to large ‘quasi government’ institutions.

Our aim is not just to ‘do a job’ but to build an ongoing relationship with our clients where we understand their wishes and needs, and are then able to respond appropriately. For example, some of our clients prefer to be coached through fixing their computer issue – for them we do that. Others just want the issue fixed and have no interest in the ‘how’. We do that for them. If a client wants us to be their ‘personal shopper’, then we do that too.

We deliberately do not take on agencies for ANY brand or service so there are never conflicts of interest in the advice we offer.
